Service Manager - Kendal Depot


Job Function:

Manages service operations within the Kendal depot. Optimises Service Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.


Essential Duties:

  1. Manage the day to day operations of the department
  2. Coordinate the Service workload to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
  3. Manage processes to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  4. Lead the performance of the department to achieve agreed objectives and maintain long term growth
  5. Create good employee satisfaction and monitor development


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead others with confidence
  • Strong communication and HR skills
  • Ability to work individually, as part of a team and under pressure
  • Experience as a technician and knowledge of John Deere products (desirable).
  • Good ICT skills
