To provide support for the Sales Manager and Agricultural sales team, as well as working alongside the administration team within a busy office.
- Assist Sales Manager with stock ordering, stock control and sales recording and reporting.
- Answering of calls and dealing with enquires
- Supporting sales consultants
- Manage supplier & customer deliveries, receiving machines into stock and allocating on our system
- Register new machinery for road registrations through AFRL system
- Inputting of supplier invoices, credit and debits
- Processing customers invoices
- Confident in the use of Computer, with ability to learn new systems
- Highly Organized
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within team but also on individual basis.
